A 29.2 kW plant, designed for personal use and the sale of excess electricity, has been installed on the roof of the Sky-R company’s office building in the city of Sofia, within the Capital Municipality.

The plant is oriented to the south. Documentation for the Environmental Resource Management (ERM) and the Metropolitan Municipality was managed by VVT Engineering. VVT Engineering also prepared the complete project, including all necessary components.

The construction utilized the high-quality German Schletter flat roof system. The plant comprises 54 Bauer Solar photovoltaic modules, each with a power output of 540W, backed by a 20-year product warranty, and a Kostal Piko CI 30 kW inverter with a 5-year warranty.

The entire construction process for the plant was completed within 5 working days. Following the installation of the photovoltaic plant, all necessary declarations and quality certificates were issued for the purpose of commissioning.
