An 80 kW plant has been constructed on the roof of the Lyulin Cars showroom in Sofia. This plant is intended for both personal use and the sale of excess energy.

Documentation for Environmental Resource Management (ERM) West and the Stolichna Municipality was managed by VVT Engineering. VVT Engineering also prepared the complete project, including all necessary components. The materials for the construction of the plant were also supplied by VVT Engineering.

The installation of the plant was carried out by another company. The plant consists of 148 Bauer Solar photovoltaic modules, each with a power output of 540W and a 20-year product warranty. All the required declarations and certificates for commissioning the photovoltaic plant were issued.
